A Partner at Abdullahi Ibrahim & Co., Adetunji Oyeyipo graduated from the University of Ile-Ife, Nigeria in 1982 with combined Honours in English and Philosophy. He subsequently obtained his LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Ibadan Nigeria, in 1986. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987 and has been in active legal practice with Abdullahi Ibrahim & Co. since 1987.
He is also a member of the Editorial Board of Law Breed Publications, publishers of the Supreme Court Law Reports. He heads the Lagos office of Abdullahi Ibrahim & Co.
Kayode Fadahunsi
Managing Director
Kayode Fadahunsi is an ardent finance professional with over 19 years’ experience spanningPortfolio/Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Corporate Banking, Investor Relations, Strategy and Structuring of Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisition deals. Kayode has played a number of significant roles in leading major Merger & Acquisition transactions in Africa. He also has extensive experience in key leading sectors such as financial services (banking and insurance), oil and gas, real estate, telecoms and manufacturing.
His education includes a master’s degree in business administration (“MBA”) from University of Lagos and a BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University. Kayode is currently undergoing the Owners President Management Program (OPM 55) at the Harvard Business School. He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School where he attended the Chief Executive Program (CEP 25) and the Senior Management Program (SMP 35).
He is a fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers (FIAPM); a Member, Institute of Directors (MIOD); Honorary Senior Member, Chartered Institute of Bankers (HCIB); Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS); Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (ACISI).
Lotanna Uzokas

Lotanna is a Group Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer of Kennedia Consulting Limited of Kennedia Consulting. and Kennedia HMO; organizations which are part of the management, scientific, technical consulting, and health management services industry. The group provide outsourcing, recruitment, training & development, financial, and health & management services to its clients.
Lotanna is a graduate of Political Science, from the University of Jos. In 1998, she began her career in banking with Standard Trust Bank, now United Bank of Africa (UBA). Afterwards she moved to Iberia Airline where she worked as Manager, Corporate Communications, heading the unit and developing & improving the departments structure and processes for 2 years before progressing into consulting.
Her career in consulting began in 2007, where she worked as a consultant with Phillips Consulting Limited. In 2010 she was promoted and assigned the task to pioneer and head the Business Development Unit of Phillips Outsourcing Services Nigeria Limited.
Lotanna is a seasoned business development professional with over 20 years’ work experience. She is a Full Member (MCIPM) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management who contributed significantly towards the growth of Phillips Outsourcing Services before her resignation.
Ifeoma P. Adeniyi
Non Executive Director
Ifeoma has over 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources Consultant & Practitioner with over 10 years’ experience as a Legal Practitioner across major sectors of the Nigerian economy. She has core skills in Human Resources ranging from Executive Selection, Employee Engagement and On-boarding, Manpower/People Development to Organisational/Culture Change and Restructuring.
She holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Lagos, Akoka; Masters Degree in International Law and Diplomacy and a Law Degree from the same University. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.
Yinka Adedeji PhD.
Non Executive Director
Dr. Yinka Adedeji , a fervent finance professional who served as the Group Divisional Head of Digital Banking for the UBA Group with operations currently spanning across 19 countries of operations in Africa, New York, United Kingdom and Paris, before he joined the board of Prosperis Holdings Ltd as a Non-Executive Director.
He holds a BSc (First Class) degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Lagos, Nigeria, MSc, and PhD in Polymer Physics from the Case Western Reserve University, USA; Master’s in Business Administration and Master’s in Finance from State University of New York. He was a Post Doctorate Fellow at the Chemical Engineering Department of the University of Minnesota, USA.
He was a senior scientist, Marketing Director and a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt at the General Electric (USA). In his career as a scientist, he has 75 patent applications with 50 patents granted, and has 20 academic publications on Polymer Technology. In the last 14 years, Dr Yinka has distinguished himself in Digital Banking transformation, innovation and product development in all UBA subsidiaries and he has successfully introduced many innovative digital products in the new UBA Bank, including introduction of variety of cards products, transaction channels, USSD, mobile, internet, chat and social banking.
He has served in several Executive Committees of the UBA bank, and as advisory member of boards of Payment Card Schemes. He championed the start-up of Mobile Money business as a subsidiary of UBA – AfriPay Ltd. and acted as MD/CEO of Afripay Ltd. from July 2009 to March 2011. He is an investor in start-up businesses like Maximus Academy (elementary School), VFD Group (Alternative Financial Services Holding Company), Atiat Insurance Brokers, and TalFargas (KwikCredit).
